MUD Property Taxes
You can pay your MUD property taxes online at ASWTax.com with a credit card by clicking here or you can pay by phone by calling (888) 272-9829. If you call you will need to have the jurisdiction code (#6173 for MUD 26, #6369 for MUD 1), your account number, and a credit card available. Press “1” to confirm, and then press “1” again to select Real Estate Tax. You will then be directed to the correct portal. The credit card convenience fee is 2.5% for all charges, which is an additional cost. City Services – Utilities, Garbage & Security
The City of Pearland operates our water and sewer systems, and provides garbage collection services. Information on services provided can be acquired on the City of Pearland website. Click here to visit the City of Pearland’s website to sign up for water, sewer and garbage collection services. Some services that can be found on the site are:
- Utility billing information, including forms to set up new service, water conservation information and tips, and the City’s Drought Contingency Plan.
- Information about residential garbage and recycling collection services.
- General information about water, sewer, and other public works services provided by the City.
- Security information, including links to submit traffic complaints and crime tips.
Shadow Creek Ranch Homeowners Association
The Shadow Creek Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA) is currently managed by FirstService Residential of Texas. Homeowners can log into the Shadow Creek Ranch Homeowners Associate website and then log in using their Owner Login information or follow the prompts to register for access. Once logged in, you can view contact forms and phone numbers, pool, clubhouse, and other amenity hours and rules, announcements and local/event information, the HOA community newsletter known as The Connection, and other HOA-related documents. Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD)
The Districts are members of Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD). The Association of Water Board Directors– Texas was formed in the early 1970’s to promote unity and education among the various water districts in Texas. They are an advocacy group for utility districts.

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)
The Districts are subject to the continuing supervision of, among other agencies, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
Texas Water Development Board (TWDB)
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is responsible for statewide water planning.
